Level 111 Hat

This hat, strangely named, belonged to a poor Ecaflip who became mute after a traumatic event. An artist through and through, he was compelled to follow a Brewer training. When he turned 14, he drowned in a barrel of beer and tears. Fortunately, beer was not wasted as the priest who was in charge of the funeral fell into an alcoholic coma for many years before he could take his office right where he had stopped it.
